The joint landing page is operated by familymind GmbH.
Insofar as the three companies jointly decide on the purposes and essential means of collecting and providing the contact details obtained via this landing page, they are joint controllers pursuant to Art. 26 GDPR.
2. Which data do we process?
When you leave your contact details on our joint landing page, we process in particular:
- your email address
- information about the consent you have given
3. What do we use your data for?
We first use your data to send you the requested information about our joint offering by babywho, Helferei GmbH and familymind GmbH, and to process your enquiry.
If you have given your consent via the corresponding checkbox, the three companies involved may also use your email address to inform you by email about relevant offers, services, events and news.
The legal basis for this promotional communication is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
4. How is your data shared between the companies?
The data collected via the joint landing page is first processed and stored by familymind GmbH using the service provider Brevo.
The data relevant to the joint cooperation is then exported by familymind GmbH and made available to the two other participating companies via an access-restricted transfer route.
Helferei GmbH subsequently processes the contact details it receives using the service provider Mailchimp. babywho and familymind GmbH process the contact details using the service provider Brevo.
Insofar as the individual companies then use the data for their own communication on the basis of your consent, each of them is itself responsible for that further processing. You will find more information about the respective processing — in particular about the service providers used, storage periods and your data protection rights — in the respective privacy notices of babywho, Helferei GmbH and familymind GmbH.
5. Joint responsibility
babywho, Helferei GmbH and familymind GmbH have agreed pursuant to Art. 26 GDPR how the data protection obligations for the joint lead generation and the provision of the collected data are allocated between them.
familymind GmbH is responsible in particular for the technical operation of the joint landing page, the initial collection of the data and the provision of the data protection information on the landing page.
The three companies jointly ensure that the consents given via the landing page are respected and that withdrawals, insofar as they concern the joint consent, are coordinated between the companies.
Irrespective of this internal allocation of tasks, you can exercise your data protection rights against any of the three participating companies.
6. Withdrawing your consent
You can withdraw your consent to promotional contact at any time with effect for the future.
To do so, you can contact any one of the three participating companies by email. If you wish to withdraw your consent towards all three companies, a corresponding notice to one of them is sufficient. That company will inform the two others of your withdrawal, so that it can be taken into account by all three companies.
If you only wish to unsubscribe from the email communication of a single company, you can also use the unsubscribe option in that company’s emails. In that case the unsubscription concerns that company’s communication only.

The withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent up to the point of withdrawal.
7. Storage period and your rights
The participating companies store personal data only for as long as it is needed for the respective processing purposes or as long as there is a legal basis for storing it further.
Under the GDPR you have, in particular, the right to information about your personal data and, where applicable, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You also have the right to withdraw consent you have given at any time with effect for the future.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data.
Insofar as personal data is transferred to third countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area in the context of the technical service providers used, this takes place in compliance with the applicable data protection requirements.
