6. Use of Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), to analyze user behavior on our website and app.

Google Analytics uses cookies to generate usage statistics. IP anonymization is activated on our systems, meaning your IP address will be shortened within the EU before being transmitted to Google.

Google processes this data on our behalf to analyze website and app usage, generate usage reports, and optimize our content and performance.

7. Google User Data Access and Use

Our app may request access to your Google account in order to view and edit your calendar events. This access is required to synchronize your familymind calendar with your Google Calendar.

  • Accessed data: we only access calendar events that you choose to connect.
  • Use of data: the data is used exclusively to display, create, and update events within the familymind app, so you can manage your schedules in one place.
  • Data sharing: we do not share, transfer, or disclose Google user data to any third parties.
  • Data storage: calendar event data is stored securely in our own database for synchronization purposes. Google Sign-In information is used only for authentication; Google only shares your name and email to be stored in our database.

8. Data Processing in the Mobile App

Analytics services (Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics) may also be used in our mobile app. These tools help us better understand how users interact with our app to make improvements.

Tracking is only activated after you give consent via the app’s cookie banner or settings.

9. Legal Basis for Processing

We process data based on the following legal grounds:
