Workflow Sprint

When a workflow needs more than one session

Some Work Agents need your own tools and data before they really work. Your BI repository, your product decisions, your customer lifecycle emails, your website, your video editing and your brand graphics are among them. In a Workflow Sprint we build one of these workflows together with you, connected to what you already use, until it runs in your everyday work.

  • In a first call we agree on the goal, the tools and the scope, so you know what you get before you commit
  • We build the workflow with you and connect it to your data and tools
  • At handover you get documentation, so you can keep developing it yourself
  • Everything stays in your setup and belongs to you

The price depends on your tools and the scope. You get it in the first call, before anything is booked.

How is this different from free webinars?

There you watch someone else work with AI. With us you leave with your own setup that works for you from the next morning, and your knowledge stays with you, not with a provider.

What is a Work Agent?

A Work Agent takes over a recurring task in your business the way you would do it, in your voice and with your knowledge. This is how we run familymind.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You work in plain language, and we show you every step.

Which AI plan do I need?

A paid plan with an AI that can work with your files, for example Claude or ChatGPT. Exactly what you need arrives by email after booking.

What if I cannot make it live?

You get the recording and the reference card and can build everything at your own pace.

Do I get an invoice?

Yes, automatically after payment.

Can I cancel?

Up to 7 days before the session we refund the full amount. After that a refund is no longer possible, but you still get the recording.

What happens afterwards?

Level 1 is Own your agents. If you need workflows with your own tools and data, Level 2 is the Workflow Sprint, which we build together with you.
